Description of files:

File1.tar.gz:: The file contains 2319 phylogenetic trees where we found gene transfer with Mycobacteria. The trees correspond to the groups in sheet 6 (“All possible cases of HGTs compiled together”) of the Additional file2 of this manuscript. For detailed description of donor and recipient species please consult Sheet 6 of Additional file 2 of this manuscript.

File2.tar.gz:: The file contains 1219 phylogenetic trees where we found several instances of gene transfer with Mycobacteria. The trees correspond to the groups in sheet 7 of Additional file2 (“Groups with multiple gene transfer events”). For detailed description of donor and recipient species please consult Sheet 7 of Additional file 2 of this manuscript.
