Senior oral (PowerPoint, etc.) presentations will be no more than 20 minutes in length (plus up to 5 minutes for questions and answers).
Junior oral presentations will be no more than 10 minutes in length (plus up to 3 minutes for questions and answers).
Although every effort will be made to honor the requests of oral presentations, due to the limited number of slots available, the organizing committee may designate some oral abstract submissions as poster presentations. This will be based on the number of abstracts submitted for each topic area. Oral presentations are limited to one abstract per presenter. Please avoid submitting multiple abstracts for oral presentations. The submitting author will receive an email confirmation when the abstract is received.
The full schedule of oral presentations will be announced on the program page.
Poster sessions will take place every day during the meeting. Each accepted poster will be assigned to a single poster session. The presenting author will receive email confirmation when the abstract has been received. Poster presenters will have access to a full 4-feet-by-6-feet (approx. 1.2-meters-by-1.8-meters) vertical poster board, and tacks will be provided.
Our usual posters are vertical A0 format (1,20 x 0,84 meters).
Selected poster presentations will be announced on the program page.
Abstract submissions will close on April 30, 2017.
Please include in your abstract submission the following items:
